December 21, 2020, US Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Department of Agriculture (VIDA) is announcing the opening of the St. Croix Market at the Rudolph Shulterbrandt Agricultural Complex in Estate Lower Love on Christmas Eve (Thursday, December 24, 2020) from 5:00 am – 3:00 pm.
“It’s a wonderful opportunity to get in some last-minute Holiday shopping!” says Commissioner of Agriculture, Positive T. A. Nelson. The Virgin Islands Farmer’s Markets offer a wide-range of local items to make your holiday meal special including fresh produce; value-added items such as jams/jellies, oils, sauces, and spices; homemade bread and pastries; local cuisine and breakfast favorites; arts and crafts; jewelry; and apparel.
All visitors, employees, and staff of the Markets are required to follow all locally mandated COVID-19 guidelines. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
